The tall dude, bruh...It would def be King Piccolo. That dude might have actually taken over the world without Goku. Tien would've have been a problem still and would probably been the strongest after Piccolo.

Yeah, but the androids and Uub wouldn't exist without Goku and the other saiyans. And let's say there is an off chance Roshi takes out King Piccolo. King Piccolo can spit out the Piccolo we now know and Roshi would've been too old to fukk with him by then.
