I see this question a lot and it blows my mind. Since when is a hearing a court session? The name is literally HEARing.

Folks falling over themselves to show they know jack about due process. The DOJ themselves have been quiet. Which I love. They aren't supposed to be running their mouth.

Republican leadership want nothing else to do with him. They just can't say that yet. Now he could latch onto a 3rd party after the fact and split right wing votes leading to more republican losses. It's a minefield for Republicans. Next few years are going to be so much fun.

All of this “evidence” and testimony could’ve been presented to the DOJ and grand jury out of the public or hell, they could’ve aired it.

The 9/11 commission has no expectations for anyone to be criminally prosecuted. It was designed to determine how it was able to happen in the first place. And we went to war and eventually killed the mastermind and imprisoned co-conspirators.



This should be treated as a criminal investigation. People have already been prosecuted and sentenced. This should be no different.
