Pumas which are smaller than lions get the drop on Grizzlies Grizzlies are mostly scavengers and omnivores they lack that killer instinct and agility that big cats have. Polar bears on the other hand are the largest land carnivores and always hunt for their prey they are not omnivorous like grizzlies.
