Congrats you can't read. They even make the pass rankings a different color but I guess even that takes a little intelligence

It's easy to be "better" than Vick when you have:

Miles Austin
Dez Bryant
Demarco Murray
Jason Witten

Vick has been to more Pro Bowls and thrown less interceptions with an INFERIOR offensive unit(s). Romo with Vick's units would have been out of the league by now.

Then what are Desean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, and Shady McCoy and Brent Celek are chopped liver?

In fact let's take it a bit farther, didn't he have Alge Crumpler, Roddy White, Michael Jenkins and Warrick Dunn?

You are kidding right :comeon:

But yea, Vick will likely the starter week one due to his vast experience, but nothing is free and dude is going to have to earn it in preseason and camp. He has a short leash this year.
No I'm not, Barkley > Vick and who ever that other individual is

If I remember correctly he only had Roddy for 1 yr, and we not gon' mention that terrible Atlanta scheme? Where is D-Jax now? We not gon' talk about how many balls that nikka dropped in the playoffs? Maclin? Is Celek anything more than a journeyman TE? I'll give you Shady, but again, you cannot compare the two offensive units. Roy f*ckin' Williams was a 4th option on that Dallas team, their RB position is usually 3 players deep.

the eagles o line wasnt that great in 2010, but vick still put up great numbers. whats your point exactly? you can blame the o line as much as you want. theres qbs out there who still put up quality production with shytty o lines. the steelers o line was atrocious last season. didnt stop big ben from putting up decent production. the packers o line is a mess. rodgers still puts in that work. vick has just played poor football the last couple seasons. no other way to slice it

Doesn't Rodgers have 2 Pro Bowl receivers and Jermichael Finley? :what:

Who the fukk Jordy Nelson and jermichael finley? Rodgers could get production out of broomsticks because he makes proper decisions. So Vick doesn't have weapons in Philly? The cupboard is bare. :heh:

guy said "hes got jermichael finley!!!" who gives a fukk about finley :laff: rodgers just got done throwing for 4300 yards, with a 39/8 td/int ratio with randall cobb the leading yardage guy, and james jones the leading td guy but we gonna talk about greg jennings, jordy nelson and jermichael finley being the crutches for his success with a shytty ass o line. vick could rape someones sister and theyd be like "well it was dark, and she had that skirt on, she shouldnt have been dressed like that at that hour" with the fukking excuses these people pull out of their ass for his shytty play. the guy has sucked the last couple season, point blank. outside of 2010, he hasnt really done shyt in a decade. kelly is going to give him the reigns this season, and if he cant suceed in his system, then its just about curtains

A better QB sees that blitz coming and adjusts accordingly. But Vick doesn't, and Kerry Rhodes comes in free to crack him and knock the ball loose.

I was thinking about not putting that in, but Vick's gotta have better pocket presence than that. Even Foles doesn't try something that dumb.

Lemme Ask This

what was the major difference between Vicks 2011-2012 Season vs 2012 - 2013 Season?

The Philadelphia Eagles made it official Wednesday, putting right tackle Todd Herremans on season-ending injured reserve with the ankle injury he suffered in Monday night's loss to the Saints in New Orleans. That means the Eagles right now are without four of the five players they planned to use this year as starting offensive linemen. All-Pro left tackle Jason Peters tore his Achilles tendon twice in the offseason and is unlikely to play this year. Center Jason Kelce tore knee ligaments in Week 2 and is out for the season. Right guard Danny Watkins has missed the past two games and remains out with an ankle injury. And now Herremans is down for the season.

The Eagles problems on the offensive side the past two years was not only the O line but it was the the general offensive scheme... Andy Reid or who ever was was calling the offensive plays was a major problem, they did not adjust to fit what Mike Vick does best

Mike Vick does not read defenses well, ........ He was never taught to do this from his Virginia Tech and Atlanta Falcons days.

In Atlanta, it was a run heavy offense and when Vick was to pass and the blocks broke down, he would just take off. Vick admitted in his Atlanta days that he would not watch the tapes of opposing defenses and has only now started doing it when he was with the Eagles. He learned to do this too late for Reid's system(It takes years to understand defensive schemes)

In Philadelphia under Andy Reid, it is a pass heavy offense. In 2010 when Vick went ham, it was a flash in the pan where the league had no clue what the Eagles were doing offensively ... Defenses were expecting Kevin Kolb and Mike Vick 1.0 and they got Mike Vick 2.0. ( A guy who would hold the ball and look to throw it instead of taking off first)

Then the league adjusted and exploited Vick's weaknesses (it all began in that Giants game where the league was given the formula on how to beat Vick in Reid's system) which is to press cover the smaller Eagles receivers, defensive end stay in their lanes to contain Vick, and send linebackers and safeties at him and . Ultimately forcing him to hold the ball longer until someone got open or throw the quick pass .Which explains his dreadful 2011 and the 2012 seasons.

Andy Reid's offensive system ......as all Eagle fans know does not adjust to changes that the league does to him and will follow the same basic formula. Since he was so successful with it in the better part of the Decade.

The Variable in Reid's formula was Donovan McNabb. McNabb all those years spoiled Reid, because he was a very good in game manager and adjusted his blocks and would audible to a run if he didn't like what he saw. Reid was coaching Vick like he was McNabb or Brady, or Peyton or Brees ... he should be calling offensive plays like say the 49ers do for Colin Kaepernick instead of how the Patriots allow Tom Brady to run the offense. He really did not put Vick in the best position these past two years.

Since 2010, I have rarely seen Vick switch up an offensive play.... he usually gets the play call and follows the play..... Vick is not a field general like Brady, and Manning....... never was and he likely will never be.

I am expecting a big year from Vick this year in a Chip Kelly fast paced, Run heavy, read option offense..... He fits better with what Chip is trying to do.
