There are a lot of catch 22's. It's very similar to the "what super power would you have" discussion.

Like are we supposed to expect that one WOULDN'T age for infinite? Sounds like an implied benefit.

It would destroy our humanity. We are compelled to evolve ourselfs and everything we have have around us. We like to challenge the gods with the limited time, and push ourselfs to the stars because we were not meant to die on Earth but leave it in time.

By being immortal, we have no purpose anymore and life would become torture as death is part of the cycle.

I'd have world fame when I resurfaced because id be a blast from the past... Metal eating life forms exist in the ocean , plus currents, plus me kicking, plus other shyt..

Id mostly meditate for that hundred years and speak with God (hopefully) and come out better than ever.
