I liked it when I was a teenager, grew tired of it sometime years later and now revisiting I enjoy it for the unintentional comedy
I will say, Oliver Stone did some great screenwriting for it

It has an over the top, bad guy who is also very charismatic. Hard trick to pull off, it is an all time performance by Pacino.
