I think it's an awful law, unconstitutional, and unenforcible.
The writer is all over the place in that NR article and comes across as dishonest. He also contradicts himself several times in the piece...
I don't think it should come as a surprise pro-Israel types are opposed to it. Conservatives are all over the spectrum with their support for Israel and the why.
A lot of conservatives are also opposed to Israel for numerous reasons.
Hell Buchanan is syndicated in small town conservative papers nationwide. Someone must be reading it and agreeing with him all these years.
At the end of the day BDS needs a really critical evaluation of what's driving it because of the players and issues.
This is also another issue where we need to get money and lobbying out of politics.

It's funny or not funny....but it takes a proposed draconian unbelievably blatant anti-1st Amendment law on this level to wake up the "drowsy" class and to solidify the "on-the fence" class that shiit isn't quite kosher out here in these geo-political streets.
