@Black Mamba what is your exercise routine like? Can you be as specific as possible, I want to achieve the same heart rate as you.
Run 3 times a week
Do hiit on both days
Like 30 seconds run at my max 1 min walk. I do it till it amounts to 25:30. Before I do so I’ll jog for 5 mins to warm up then I gets on with it. Afterwards I jog for 5 mins as a cooldown.

The other day I run my long distance. I started out at 5k then I moved up on more when my body and legs got used to it to more km till I hit 10k and then I was running to beat my personal record. I also would do 30 mins runs then I moved up to more km when I saw I was clearing 5k under 30mins with ease

No dumbass I didn’t say that. You said you’re doing something wrong if your heart rate wasnt between 47-50. Go back and read your title the average heart rate for the average person is not that
