My yearly average is 62bpm. Last week it was 56. I walk about 5 miles a day at my job and eat like a pig (not much processed sugars though). I don't do any exercising outside of work besides riding my bike during the spring and summer. I'm in my early 40's fwiw

A lot of peoples problems is really their diet, people do not monitor or care about the type of shyt they’re putting in their body on daily basis. Literally drinking cups of sugar and downing starch

Stuff like bread, rice, potatoes should be a treat but people eat it every meal

Before the pandemic I had it at like 45-47 I remember sometimes I couldn't sell plasma cause my heart rate was too low.

Don't even wanna know what it is now. If I remember right it's in the 90s smh.

Health App > Show All Health Data > under Past 7 Days, you’ll see Resting Heart Rate > Tap it, and you can specify which averaged times you’d like to see at the top of the graph
