OP is full of shyt, 47-50 on the regular is a professional athlete, or somebody that is running long distances daily. My resting heart rate goes from like 59-61. I’m running 10 miles 2-3 days a week, and a speed 2 miles the other days.

I already said I run a lot and I play ball once a week. Also a lot of times it shoots up on some days is cuz I don’t get much sleep(fukking Lakers and their 10-10:30PM eastern timezone games when I gotta wake up at 5:30 am the next day for work)
Idk how fast you run but you definitely don’t be running as fast as I do with your leisure strolls if you got that heart rate with all that shyt you doing.
When I run my long distances I run fast not to fukking watch around for example I can reach a pace as low as 3:11 seconds per KM for my last KM when I run my weekly 10K![]()

My ankle injury from like last august been having me with ups and downs so major cardio I’ve been doing is indoor cycling
