I got multiple military friends and they’re killing it. Got that monthly payment after leaving the army and my cousin is a firefighter. Unlimited OT. 4 days on and 4 days off.
Might be the goat fieldAfter moving around in a couple fields, I feel same way. Should of just started in medical field and go from there. I think it checks all the boxes I look for,
- Get paid
- Can easily move up if I put in work (If I want to go from RN to NP, just put in work while still getting paid and not have to worry about no boss or hater block me from moving up or have to wait for someone to retire and getting PAID more)
- MANYYYY options and opportunities to work more, less, make more, side hustle in field, per diem, etc.
- Flexibility in schedule (allow me to flip and build on my schedule which was always in my toolbelt), can work 3 and 4 schedule, 4 tens, take multiple weeks off, can work fulltime AND per diem, etc.
- Travel and move around
- VERY social job (Iykyk)
- Good benefits
- Muthafukka cant BS your family when someone eventually gets sick
