Same way people got houses but can’t afford to fix the roof so they let a small leak become a big leak hoping they can get the money to get it fixed asap.

yall nikkas kill me with this CD, Hyield etc etc..breh come on..unless you are talking about 50k and up sitting in an account, you aint finna earn no money...Savings accounts are practical as where yall nikkas live in fantasy land where you gonna have an account that grows to a million in 5 years smh nah

Respectfully if you have 1000 in the bank you can open a HYSA that doubles as a checking account online with accessible ATMs.

My bank won't even apply interest to a banking account without 50k+ in the account and that's at .05 percent

You let your wife drive a Buick??? All nikkas gotta to do is impress her with an accord or Toyota and she gone breh :heh:
I've been seeing a lot of people in Syracuse driving Buicks lately, and I don't know why, but I started thinking Buicks were becoming some sort of a luxury vehicle. However, judging from some of the comments here, I guess they are more of a budget car than a luxury. :mjlol:

In 'Cuse, every day you're bound to see more Buicks on the road than any other car, and that's why I thought they were popping in popularity, but I guess that's due to their affordability.

The same way they do anything else without savings. They use credit cards for an emergency fund.

Totally, but the maintenance on a VW and Honda is probably lile
1k each year, even if you do it yourself
Yeah, that's cars. I used to have a 20 year old TL and I remember just one headlight cost me almost $90CAD.

It's fun tho, in another life time I'd like to be a mechanic.

Bro. You probably could’ve done that yourself for less than $20 (idk how your whole under the hood situation is set up)

EDIT: Ngl, this shiit got me weak rn.

Not necessarily.

On newer vehicles manufacturers purposely put things in places that are hard to access, to increase Billings for the service department.

For example, newer vehicles often have spark plugs under a large portion of the engine, or under the manifold. This means you would have to spend hours with complex equipment that you would only use once in your life just to raise all those components to change your coils and plugs.

I hate cars. But I do want a 580 Benz, the new G Wagon, and the Aston Martin DB12. Ooh, I want a 1965 Corvette Stingray, a 1963 Lincoln Continental with the coach doors, a Cadillac Sollei convertible concept car, and "The Homer" car.
:ahh:

I been looking for a "Luken" Lambo but the dealership asked me to stop calling.
:mjcry:
