I’m sure you could make a lot of money in trades but honestly I’d rather do some cooler shyt for living
Yeah because you're not in a trade and you were shytting on college..you weren't the messenger lol
Don't bother he's an idiot who always talks about things he has no experience with. I don't know why these threads and college threads always turn into trades vs office work. Not everyone is meant to work in an office just like not everyone is meant to work in a trade. Don't yall get tired of arguing about this over and over again?
Sure did...I have a shytload of academic awards as well as 2 degrees to my nameI did not shyt on college. Y'all assuming things and lack comprehension skills real bad. Like real bad. Did y'all do any reading in your childhood and teens?

It seriously depends on what you’re doing physically. It can be hell on the body, my dad worked blue collar before retiring at 55 and has all kinds of ailments-did manual labor (maintenance in housing projects) for 25 years, his knees and back are shot.
And you lack the ability to be the messenger about the trades because you don't work in them...comprehensionWell apparently you lack the very basics, a lot of posters on these forums lack reading comprehension and make bad assumptions. I'll have to watch what I see from here on out. For example: If I make a college vs. trade thread, I'll say "College ain't a bad route and is good for a lot of people, but brehs should also look into trades."
That way I don't have crazy posters coming in with terrible comprehension.

Find the nearest community college near you, get a 2 year degree then transfer. File for the Pell Grant to see if you qualify and fill out scholarships
Because college gives you the doorway to the most comfortable life. There's nothing wrong with college. With the internet being so accessible, there's plenty reason to choose a great career path..
College really isn't the main problem, it's really the car loan, cc debt, electronics, and too big a house.

Here's old posts of mine saying good things about college. I never shyt on college, y'all just keep misinterpreting my posts.
Considering I work in the Construction field, considering I was a Jr. Superintendent and talk with tradesman every day and owners, yes I know what I'm talking about. I know electricians and plumbers that need help right now.
Just call it quits breh, you know you lost, you just dragging it out at this point.

This. I literally just told my wife the other day. I damn near need to be unemployed in order to get a job now. Honestly this may end up happening. I’m very close to just resigning and doing my side business full time until I find the right position. That or just get lower end part time job that’s not too mentally draining.Coulda fooled me... ive taken time off (which I gotta ask for), worked early, taken long ass lunches, etc. all to accommodate for job interviews for fukk all to show for it.

dammm bro nah should have took your chances, my engineering professor told me if you ever get a technician job start working the minute you get hired to find a real engineering gigAlready got my CS degree back in 2019 so it’s a matter of just doing projects and seeing if someone will take a chance on me.
Really wish I would have stuck with the grind back in 2019 but I couldn’t find shyt and needed the money badly so I had to go the field technician route.![]()
