I hope it did. I know for me, this song made feel whatever about my flaws. No sitting around sulking because I wasn’t physically perfect. I knew that between my personality and my mind, there was a lot more to offer. Great song

She loves Erykah Badu now and would probably argue that Baduizm is better
It definitely did tho, she was just a baby then and turning 17 now. I feel that she has a good sense of self and humility... I don't see that in today's youngins so that early 2000s soul helped shape her personality I think.
