The loss of barbershops? Is that an actual thing? I've been cutting my own hair for years so Im not sure.


If barbershops are closing I don't think it's because brothas are going to white barbers in mass they probably just growing it out or going bald and shaving it off all together which is easier to do now thanks to products on the market. I know it's trendy now in some areas to rock a fro uncomb or just freeform completely.

No lie, that was one of my ideas to have my hair like the second breh, but my hair grows weird. LIke I look more like Michael from Good Time, than those lucky brothers in the pictures.

I had a pawg cut my hair out of desperation because the barbers were on some clique shyt at the time. She looked at my hair like it was defusing the atomic bomb. Even ole girl beside her was like...."sighs....this is like her first time touching a black persons hair and the textures are just messing with her"

When I took my job in Charlotte I let a white dude only shape up my beard and bald my head like 3 times. I credit him for starting my current beard situation.. then I found a bruh selling beard oils and it was a wrap. It took me three different shops until I found the one I go to now but I had to find some bruhs… white men lining me up just didn’t feel right to me. He was cheap and convenient until I got to know the area
