I got a story for y'all.
When me and my brother were kids (probably around 10-11, before my mom's got clean and moved back to Detroit) we had a barber shop on the corner of my block (Devonshire and East Warren), my nikka Don was our barber. If auntie ain't have the money, he would still cut us up and she could pay later.
Turns out Don was moving that shyt and the whole shop got indicted one year and they shut down. So one day when we were at this strip mall in Gross Point, we went to Bo Ricks to get some cuts (her idea, not ours). This white dude fukked both of our heads up
. They didn't even have liners, which was weird ASF to me and my brother. We left that bytch with legitimate chili bowls. This pink bytch didn't even try to blend the fades, the lines went from full hair to no hair, no blending at all smh.
I was embarrassed as fukk to go back to school looking like that. That shyt was awful. fukk ALL white barber shops.

I cut my braids off before my trip and came with a fresh cut living out there for like a month. By my 2nd week, I was in some area, think Binghamton or some shıt, trying to find a barber to edge my shıt up.
Couldn't find no African barbers so I went to some cac in the town who i heard was good. Creh fụcked my shıt all the way up, no fade and tried to line me up with these shıts:
