I'm not worried about my computer, but I'm wondering if I should tell my Grandma to uninstall it.

I occasionally use Teamviewer to remote in and fix stuff for her and it's pretty convenient, and I don't really feel like having to teach her to use some other program, but I definitely don't want her to get got by some hacker either. :francis:
Just tech her how to install and remove it then if she needs something she can install it have it used then remove it when finished.

i will never use team viewer again. i think most users are safe from this exploit. just stop using the product and just remove the software. I am taking an extra step by reformatting my pc :ninja2:

Team Viewer really came in handy when I was having technical difficulties with my laptop and my boy in another city was able to fix the shyt from his computer. Oh well, got to delete I guess.

really

sounds like the perfect hacking tool, the whole idea of a app for remote access is just a bad idea

was only a matter of time honestly

I heard Skype has a similar feature but I havnt personally tried it. (or at least a viewer, not sure you can control the mouse)
