Nevermind paying attention to your body and making the time to preserve YOURSELF.Americans work more than any other inustrialized country on Earth. People have 2 to 3 jobs just to get by. People working 60+ hours a week in demanding professions just to pay basic bills. In this GMO infested supermarkets and even farmer markets, its hard to make time to go to the gym and get a complete workout.
We need Universal healthcare and people need to get paid more so that they can work less to have time to work out. You need a lot more than 30 minutes of fresh air and walking daily to stay inshape and healthy.
