I caught dude being unethical and he had a history of being heavy handed with brehs and I called him out on the spot for some shyt and we got Into it. I took notes of everything he said. Escalated when we went to meet his body language betrayed him. He couldn't keep eye contact or lie. Even though it was my word against his my credibility and reputation got him busted. Nobody believes what he said about me.

It's amazing how many people are scared. I am part of a union. The dude I clashed with had been going around fukking with brothers. When I raised my case against him they were all talking about we will sign a petition to support you if you get in trouble. I said nah just start reporting these dudes, he already had many unreported incidents . Because of me the Indians are not allowed to speak in another language while we are working together in our organization. They used to be talking about us right in front of us. I'm skilled trade, engineers and management mostly Indian

The day I exposed the supervisor he had excluded me from 2 conversations right in front of me by switching languages. I reported him for that too. When I tell the other brehs to report him they don't. But they want me to fight on their behalf and fall on the sword while they take no risks. NOPE. In the end I just got a promotion. Yup. We had Indian supervisors who got sent back to India and I asked HR how they even made it to that position without qualification of a work history here. A lot of these corporations are abusing that system to hire these people for peanuts.

At our last yearly meeting the white people raised the issue of changing work culture and everyone knew exactly what and who it was about. These people and their back home was tryna fukk up the workforce.
