I'm not here to hear it about how much worse Natives have it. AAs and Natives blues are truly apples and oranges. Both have it bad. The bad is not equivalent and cannot be compared due to the uniqueness of the Native position as individual nations holding on to their pre-Columbian identities.

Yall need to look at the Fugitive Slave Act. Around the time it was enacted was the same time much of the federal owned land was used as "reservations". Most of the Native Americans were blacks forced into slavery. Those "Natives" you see on reservations aren't the original Natives

Why not? If your nation has a contract with the government, that is not welfare, thats a trust fund, which is different. The govt has to honor the contract - as does your nation. So if the govt is using mineral rights belonging to your tribe, in accordance with the contract the govt needs to make those payments and they need to be distributed properly. The tribe decides properly.

What type of contracts does your nation have?

Being wary of the local Indian clinic or school is not the same as not having it at all.

And you may not take advantage of Native preference personally, but it's still there in those positions.

i dont live or didnt grow up on a reservation and not affiliated with that tribal shyt.

That's becuz theyre white. Look at some pics of Native Americans today and than look at some from the 1800s when photos were first being used. You'll notice how dark those Natives were compared to today. You'll also notice how some of those natives from the 1800s don't look much different than AAs
