looooong story, but to shorten it I moved back to to the UK from the states about 6 years ago and because my folks live in Lagos I was going back and forth about four times a year to see them, I started entertaining getting a place there but I didnt have a plan, I was doing some moves but nothing permanent, a South African friend ran into some problems in Lagos with his company, he gave me a call to help out and I got my Dad to pull a few strings ......fast forward a while and that same friend gave me and my brother a call and said that a South African bank was looking for a local partner for PPI with some state governments and our names came up.... we partnered up and the rest is history

there is a lot lot more to the story but it would just take to long...

me and my brother take turns, he stays a month out there then I do.... although from next year hes going to be based in Houston and not the Uk ,


There are a lot of negatives though, not going to front, everything isnt all rosy but the opportunities I get there I would never ever have in the States or the UK

I could turn that 25 million into billions of dollars by investing in some of the burgeoning industries in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Ethiopia, Mozambique, even Sudan and Somalia.
So much good could be done in terms of aid, healthcare, and education with that kind of money too.
I would move there with pleasure.
