I use versa grips for bench (wrist support), deads, snatches, cleans etc. Otherwise I go bare hand until I can't.

gloves fukk up my pull up game. Switch to bare hands last summer and never went back. Hand did get infected tho but its cool now

I used to deadlift double over handed not knowing how much more difficult it was than mixed grip so I used gloves.

Once I switched to mixed grip my lifts got better and better and I haven't needed gloves since. I have callouses but my hands are still smooth unless they're ripped open, probably cuz I'm still a young nikka.

I used to be #gloveset but then I started rock climbing and my calluses are a badge of honor. I've ripped off skin and bled since I've started climbing. Grip strength is stronger then ever.

Versa gripps I'll use on deads and shrugs because my hands and wrists are small for a guy my size so they'll fail long before my back will, Im off that whole trying knock anybody for using any and all tools at their disposal, trying to do this shyt well into old age

I also have small wrist for my size.

And wrist injury take forever to heal.
