Lets say you woke up one day and found yourself in another land/world etc whose technology was far behind your own. After discovering how smart you were (if you're an ignorant poster you should probably leave this thread now) they asked you to become king of their land. Would you become a king at their request or would you create a different goverment and how would it be ran?

You also need to take in consideration the religion of that land/world because it could be something you don't believe in or that could interfere with your work.

To answer my own question, it would be a monarchy/empire. Ideally monarchy = God then Family first.

I think that's why they've lasted so long, even if they're god's are made up lol smh.

Longest Monarchy is Japan. Longest Empire is China then Egypt.

I would declare myself pharaoh and order the death of all high ranking religious officials. That way the people worship me. The government would essentially be ran as a fascist organization. It would have all the basics of capitalism, except CEOs and such would face death if they break the rules. The entrance to my kingdom would be lined with the heads of Bernie madoff and Enron CEO types, in order to show my people that the playing field will be kept fair. Lawyers would be stripped of their far reaching power and only qualified people would be allowed to make technical decisions. To elaborate that point I mean let scientists decided science based issues and engineers do technical things, rather than our current system which allows unqualified politicians to make these choices.

After that, everyone would have to wait until my children become 18 and only then, would the people in that kingdom be able to have sex, with my descendants only.

This would create a superior breed of people with my genes being in the forefront of the new generation.

It took me a long time to come up with something. I was looking at various forms of government then when I looked at how long they lasted compared to monarchy-empires I realized something about human nature. Most people believe in a higher power. That belief itself is stronger than any form of government. The longest lasting governments (monarchy/empires) have taken aspects of that belief and effectively integrated into their own rule.

People are followers. I know people in business who (imo) brainwash staff and workers into worshiping them as gods and believing that all they have, all they've accomplish is due to that 1 person giving them the platform to do so.

It's like what America has done with Americanism.

It's like what people have done with religion.

The only and best thing to do to ensure absolute power is to make urself ( some form of ) God In human form for others to worship... If you don't do that then you won't be in power long.
