Kobe and Steph could also shoot 30 shots a game at a 41% clip like AI did and lead that team to the Finals in that weak ass conference lmao

Taking 75 shots a game…. I effectively taking shots from teammates while only scoring 28-37ppg with teammates averaging 4-9ppg won’t win games breh
even if they averaged 50, if they teammates only average a combined 27 they’d just still just lose by 5-30pts by opposing teams.
Also one guy don’t play defense that well and the other will be so worn down carrying the load offensively he won’t really be effective on the defense end.

People are looking at numbers, resumes and thinking it's the same, but it's not. It's the style of the teams, and the roles of the teammates. Curry didn't win until Kerr inserted Draymond into the starting lineup (primarily because Lee was hurt...even thou Lee was a better player), and let the offense run through Draymond.
There's no one on that team orchestrating the offense like Draymond. Snow didn't play like that, and Aaron Mckie didn't play like that. They have no shooters that were capable like Klay to allow more time for Curry to operate. And they aren't setting 100x of screens like that for Steph. I saw someone posted "lobs" for Deke. They must've never seen Deke play. He's not catching any lobs. They didn't move around like GS. They pretty much operated in their zones at all times. So no, Curry doesn't take them to the Finals because that team isn't built to his strengths...and he's definitely not the type of player to will victories. And Larry Brown isn't letting Curry pull up from halfcourt. For everyone he missed, in Brown's eyes that negates makes by 5. The 76ers also had better teams and more complete teams before and after that, but that was the one that went to the Finals - the perfect storm.
