If you were to put Steph Curry on the 2001 Sixers would they still make the finals?

Would Steph be able to take that bum ass Sixers team to the finals?

that's facts chef is a bucket in any conditions

but not mvp caliber without the upgrades

ai is a proven true blue one.man.team dolo mvp in the meaning of the team ain't shyte without him

shyte he'd do a lot even with the level of talent rookie chef had on the pre mark.jack or coach.kerr dubs

circumstances get ignored & folks just look at the %'s

*

Steph wasn't in his prime and he was always on a MVP trajectory

yall really think chef could mimic AI's legendary run to the finals against prime kobe & shaq
curry wouldnt even be able to take the 2018 cavs to this years finals if he you switched him in for Lebron :mjlol:

26-29 ppg dont mean anything when teams are commonly running up the score to 100+ and don't play defense, iverson was putting up 40 when the final score was 80
iverson went to war with "old man" reggie miller, who was playing like a man possesed at his last shot at the finals before he retired ringless...and took his soul in philly :wow:

Curry is a great player but we have never really seen him tested, getting hacked and hard body bumped on nearly every play and fighting for every basket because the other 4 bums on the team were straight up ignored

Yes he would and that 2018cavs team too

on a shyte franchise chef would have been a luxury version of ice.trae

a nightly threat for a 50piecemcbucket

could lead the league in scoring

bubba.chuck elevated a bum ass roster into contention that's something very few can do

even amongst goats

People called the 2022 warriors stacked

imagine if 2022 Steph was on a team with DPOY 6MOY COY, All-NBA players, All-Def players, people would say that team is broken

so yes, they would've made the finals

Sixers roster was legit the worst collection of talent to put around Steph, plodding offense, no shooters, no ball movement, non-existent bench. Playoffs sure, but Finals?:patrice: AI was playing 42mpg in the regular season.:sadcam: Feel like Steph would be worn out if he had to do that and his effeicency would drop off a ton.

No and not because he's not a great player. His playstyle wouldn't have worked though.

Why not

If people saw him shooting that well in college, then a team or coach would have given him the greenlight.

Lookat what happened in GSW. His first couple coaches came and went, and then Steve said "let's go all the way"

Great players eventually have their skillsets shine.

Because not a single other player wanted to shoot the ball and his body imo wouldn't have held up. The first deep 3 he took when he had a wide open layup would have been an issue. You thought Larry Brown and Iverson didn't get along shyt would have been even worse with him a Steph lol.

Steph was a hyper efficient shooter with a handle

Iverson was an inefficient shooter with a handle.

If Iverson could shoot 3s at Kyle Korver percentages, they'd let him.

I disagree none of this is relevant people looked at three point shooting very differently back then drastically different lol.

In the Celtics, Paul Pierce and Antoine Walker were allowed to chuck. Walker wasn't a strong 3 pt shooter but Pierce was

In your time on the forum, what % of people walk back predictions or comments? Even about relatively unimportant topics like sports?

Since I've been here, maybe 10% own up to, and walk back things when evidence proves them wrong. Rest of the time it's smilies and ducking/running.
Get your ass in here you fakkit.
