You're not that smart, Jay's dad isn't responsible for his wealth, so if Jay-Z didn't figure it out for himself his dad would be the reason he was broke

which is true

not even from economics or knowing how to hustle, how can you live your whole life as a grown man and not having anything to give your kids, no money saved up, no assets, nothing, makes zero sense, you failed

but then again some people get all that and still fukk up, and end up broke, which wouldn't make it the parents fault

either way you slice it, you gotta hold your own:hhh:

Above the fray.
A lot of times if a breh broke its his fault..

Too many time ive seen people that was left with homes, and they fcked it up by pulling out the equity to buy cars and shyt..

This is a highly nuanced topic that doesn't end with the fathers short comings..
In certain towns in NJ, people are notorious for having inherited homes from parents and then blowing it on exactly what you pointed out , or not staying current with taxes.

Born on second base and still strike out.

That's because nobody wants to talk about generational wealth..

The communities in my city that are well off, are the white people who worked government/city jobs. Plus they've lived here 60+ years in the same community..
They have paid off their homes, eventually moved on or passed away, and left the home to their kids. Those same children who seen their parents support white owned small businesses in their community.. Most of the time end up repeating that process.. Over and over again for many generations.. You do that over a course of generations, you're controlling the destiny of your community..

So many tricks have been throw at us that we lost sight of the importance of community and generational wealth.. And we're paying for it..

No, parents help or are neglectful, but ultimately strong people will rise to the top regardless of circumstances.
