It's terrible but this is worse. Parents have a full blown complete understanding of credit, home buying, automotive skills. But won't pass that info to the kids. Have a 'they will learn about it later' mentality.Why do so many in our community have this mindset? And we wonder why we don’t have any fukking generational wealthy or stability
If the child is fully financially literate at 18 you absolutely can cut them loose. The financial literacy is a big problem. Not teaching it in the home is a problem. Most schools have zero classes for teaching it. It's sad.
