Am I the only one who thinks he's basically Tebow with a stronger arm & tattoos? Stares down receivers, never makes reads, never hits his receivers in stride.
He needs to improve alot as a QB

He also might have the strongest arm in the league along with being the best with his legs

Hes gonnna get paid I think

They were saying 20 mil earlier today if he made the Super Bowl again. I wish we could hold off on paying him till after next season. Next season will be huge will he make the next step as a passer or continue to not really progress
Yeah, but if he fukks around and wins the SuperBowl next season the 49ers will go broke paying him.

Pay the man. People forget he's only in his 3rd year and that he still has lots of time to grow. He showed some good shyt this year but also kind of regressed as well. I think he's capable of making us a long term threat as long as he works on his mechanics more. Great season for the 49ers. We'll be back next year brehs

Said this in the other thread but I think it applies here…….Kaepenick truly lacks pocket presence…..Despite being a good running qb he has no feel for what's going on around him when he's in the pocket and his game seems very erratic. It's like the game hasn't slowed down for him yet. That's where Russ has him beat. Russ seems to have had that since he's been in the league, almost beyond his years.

To be honest, I don't know if that can even be developed…..
He'll never have the talent around him on both sides of the ball that he has now…..

but right now it's clear his decision making, reads and progressions just aren't there……..He seems to get by on having a great arm and legs….

He is only 3 years deep and I think he'll get better but by how much?

That said the 49ers don't really have a choice….

After watching Alex this year I question if he's really better than him. Alex made a lot of plays with his feet throughout his career as well……and he doesn't turn the ball over. Seems like Andy opened the offense up a little more for him than Harabaugh did.

Kaep is very interesting because his decision making is still questionable. With that said he's played very well in hostile environments, he has a laser arm and he's still killing people with his legs. He's obviously the franchise QB.. I just question what his ceiling is and whether he's reached it..

hasnt even started two full seasons yet
