I'd argue it's not even validation from women so much as its validation from other men. Women just want a charming, attractive guy, most aren't that hung up on his lifestyle. But guys, too many of us have bought into the posing as tough guys, and we do it so other men can tell us we are tough guys...

Tinted windows and loud music are irrelevant, but dudes who own guns need to stop flicking up with em like they out here terrorizing the streets. I know two guys like this right now, dudes are nothing close to "street nikkas" but stay flicking with their legal hammers...

I had a different guy I work with tell me last week that he pulled his gun on a teenager, if you heard the story and the reason why it's so stupid. Again this is another guy who not from that cloth but upped it on a kid and felt emboldened to share that info like it was impressive...

Street culture has been b*stardized and watered down to a point that allows anyone in, it's BS. But overall I think it's men looking for male acceptance that drives this...

I didn't say I had an issue with it. What I said was these dudes stay flicking with they legal guns as if they terrorizing blocks when that isn't the case...

I've been very vocal on here for years that I find gun culture repulsive. But most dudes outside don't have legal firearms, and there is a distinction between playing with guns as a hobby and playing with them as a lifestyle in the streets. The people I'm referencing are cosplaying as shooters in the street sense when they aren't, I have an issue with that...

I remember watching youtube a decade ago, and this superthug goon said that he was a poindexter nerd until he was 13 and the light skinned broad he was crushing on, rejected him and played him in front of the entire class, and he felt that the only way he can ever recover, was to damn near catch a body. He said that he flunked almost all his class and dropped outta the 9th grade that following school year, to roll in the streets and build a rep.

It worked for him (sadly) and he, at that time, finished a 15 year jail sentence, and he still gets play from broads. So yeah, a lot of the problems in the black community is commidify basic male/female relations into caricatures and absolutes of being one extreme or another, for sex.
