Not sure if the OP is joking or not BUT I workout 5 times a week because it's a stress reliever. If you ever noticed, most people that workout routinely are a lot happier compared to people that don't exercise. Everybody deals with stress in different ways...whether it's being in a bad mood, over-eating, drugs etc. Getting all the negative energy out in the gym works for me..its productive in more ways that one. I leave the gym feeling refreshed and relaxed. Also the mental, physical and health benefits are a plus. But to each their own. If you want to be 35, looking flabby and sick with cardiac problems, then do your thing.

On some real shyt its good to get your weight up and be a stronger and fitter person to survive in this harsh world, my boy got shot 5 times and wouldn't have survived had it not been for his huge mass a frail nikka couldn't survive the trauma and massive blood loss.

usually when people start working out and getting fit, they have a reason that motivates them

- they ugly

- they fat

- they got no self esteem

- all of the above

and all that is well and good, kudos to them
but as i'm sittin here thinkin about it, i don't have any of those problems

Another very important reason I workout and especially try to strengthen my core is because I plan to have children in the next 5 to 7 years. Having a strong core helps prevent back problems during pregnancy, helps during delivery, and helps with recovery.

These aren't things that men have to think about but it's definitely something that most women should think about.
