Not sure if the OP is joking or not BUT I workout 5 times a week because it's a stress reliever. If you ever noticed, most people that workout routinely are a lot happier compared to people that don't exercise. Everybody deals with stress in different ways...whether it's being in a bad mood, over-eating, drugs etc. Getting all the negative energy out in the gym works for me..its productive in more ways that one. I leave the gym feeling refreshed and relaxed. Also the mental, physical and health benefits are a plus. But to each their own. If you want to be 35, looking flabby and sick with cardiac problems, then do your thing.
