Not entirely true. Ima calisthenics guy but I keep dumbbells and other weights around for days where I’m too tired to do body weight exercise
I’m the opposite lol. I can knock out push ups, body squats, etc at home easily. It takes more mental energy for me to get in the car and go to the gym some days.

Dumbbells are cheats codes tho. Dudes just find it easier to pick one up and do some curls.

Kettlebells are like a mix of calisthenics and weights. I wonder what dudes here think of em?
