Dumbbells are cheats codes tho. Dudes just find it easier to pick one up and do some curls.

Personally I think kettlebells are for bytches and fat nikkas. I refuse to believe there are nikkas who bench heavy weights that play with kettlebellsKettlebells are like a mix of calisthenics and weights. I wonder what dudes here think of em?
