Listen. Folks need to stop taking what these grifters trying to build a social media presence say as gospel. More often than not, these folks are juiced out of their minds and almost always come with some one-size-fits-all bullshyt advice thats easily consumable to folks who barely know the real about fitness, if even anything at all. First of all, I was formerly obese at 300+ lbs, lowest weight Ive been was about 150s, I currently weigh 215 solid now that Ive been lifting again. Prior I had been doing calisthenics and cardio pretty much exclusively for workouts for well over 15+ years. I started lifting again July of last year, I now do a mixture of all three, but Im telling you right now, if anyone were to do just one, lifting would be the most effective. Calisthenics require a shyt ton of reps to get the most out of em, and majority of people dont have the time to bang out 100s of the reps that would be needed in a successful calisthenic workout. Meanwhile you could bang out the weights in about an hr, three times a week alone and see better results doing far less work.

yeah you can’t fukk around. you have to mentally dedicate yourself to this shyt. past a certain point gotta aim for at least 500+ reps every push/pull workout, with different movement variations to sculpt. it’s fun so it makes it easier but you have to commit for real lol. i have the life angst for it though. even then you have to hit legs in the gym. broly gainz isn’t a grifter though i have a similar physique.

Calisthenics ain’t even that hard:mjlol: that shyt just utilizes your entire body, whereas a lift like benching only works on your arms and chest

In the end who really gives a fukk, as long as you putting some work in the gym or calisthenics than you good:yeshrug:

Aren't you struggling bench your own bodyweight :dahell:

Don't hit me with the calisthenics bs is easier, because I do both.

Weights >> calisthenics.

Cats need to stop trying juelz and making excuses for being weak.
