Because these cats are insecure and barely lift any real weight..

The funny thing is I can do a gang of calisthenics as well.

It's not an either / or fallacy.

A real breh incorporates both methods into their training and keeps it moving.

Or do supersets with only 30 second breaks and leave your phone in the locker.

I;m at a point where doing cardio and calisthenics consistently for more than a year just became hard to bear mentally. I'm def looking to change things up if even just to sparked my mind a little.

A set of 10 won't require as much rest as a set of 3.

There's a reason it's called power lifting.

These calisthenics only people are annoying as hell acting like their way is superior.
