I’m a power lifter myself that’s how I know it’s easy mode compared to all that other shyt. One of the dumbest things ever said
That's because your body needs that time to rest because of the heavier weight you've been moving.
A set of 10 won't require as much rest as a set of 3.
There's a reason it's called power lifting.
These calisthenics only people are annoying as hell acting like their way is superior.
I see plenty of yallReading this while on my phone at the gym
Don’t bother tryna explain how being strong takes more recovery than being weak.
Most of the cats on this forum are either scrawny, weak, fat, or a combination of those. Just peep the ‘300+ bench’ thread or the ‘I just hit 2 plates and made a thread’ thread and watch how these weak motherfukkers cop pleas.

Do one hundred reps thenHe right. Lifting is easy mode. Especially powerlifting you doing 5x more sitting around and resting for your next set than actually lifting.

Strong and weak are relative terms so I don't get into that. Unless you're competing who cares what you lift.
The issue is some people prefer doing calisthenics for whatever reasons but are trying to tell everyone that it's a superior style of training.
Nice thanks
Do you think using them it can be good enough for a workout that I won't have to do anything else?
I already do Jump Rope
Listen. Folks need to stop taking what these grifters trying to build a social media presence say as gospel. More often than not, these folks are juiced out of their minds and almost always come with some one-size-fits-all bullshyt advice thats easily consumable to folks who barely know the real about fitness, if even anything at all. First of all, I was formerly obese at 300+ lbs, lowest weight Ive been was about 150s, I currently weigh 215 solid now that Ive been lifting again. Prior I had been doing calisthenics and cardio pretty much exclusively for workouts for well over 15+ years. I started lifting again July of last year, I now do a mixture of all three, but Im telling you right now, if anyone were to do just one, lifting would be the most effective. Calisthenics require a shyt ton of reps to get the most out of em, and majority of people dont have the time to bang out 100s of the reps that would be needed in a successful calisthenic workout. Meanwhile you could bang out the weights in about an hr, three times a week alone and see better results doing far less work.
YOURE 100% CORRECT.
I WATCH THE GUY IN THE OP
ALL THE TIME
FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES
BUT I KNOW HE AND THE PPL
IN HIS INNER CIRCLE ARE FULL OF shyt.
ALL OF THESE DUDES LIFT WEIGHTS
IN COMBINATION WITH CALISTHENICS
AND A LOT OF THEM TAKE PEDS ASWELL.
1. IM CERTIFIED IN PERSONAL TRAINING.
2. I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF SIZE/BODY
YOU CAN ACHIEVE FROM CALISTHENICS/WEIGHT LIFTING
FROM TRIAL AND ERROR.
THESE DUDES BUILT
THEIR BODIES UP LIFTING WEIGHTS,
EATING MEAT...
AND SOME OF THEM TAKING PEDS...
THEN GET ON YOUTUBE AND SELL YOU CALISTHENICS AND PLANT BASED DIETS BECAUSE ITS THE IN THING
AND THERES ALREADY 10 BILLION
OTHER WEIGHT LIFTING CHANNELS.
THE GUY ON THE LEFT
IS THE TYPE OF BODY YOU CAN
ACHIEVE STRICTLY FROM CALISTHENICS...
WHILE THE GUY ON THE RIGHT IS
THE FAKE CALISTENICS GUY
WHO LIFTS WEIGHT AND TAKES PEDS
WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING.
I disagree that they’re relative but obviously the coli cares or they wouldn’t make these threads (and they don’t compete).
