As a OU fan I'm sure you understand that there is an ebb and flow to college football. No one stays at the top forever, but the historical powerhouses always rise again and again. Sure Oregon and Stanford are doing there thing right now, but what is considered a great season for them the past couple years was a disappoint for USC in the Carrol era. I expect USC to rise again, just like I expect OU to do as well.

I wish I shared your optimism. But it's really a different game today and kids don't care about tradition when choosing a school.

Look at how long Nebraska & Miami have been down.

I don't think Nebraska is ever coming back. :heh: They have lost a whole generation of kids. Unlike Miami, Nebraska is one of those school that couldn't afford an extended down period, base on their location. Kids in the south or west coast now of days don't remember the Nebraska of the 80's or 90's to be interested in signing with Nebraska off past tradition they don't remember.

Im convinced nikkas in here dont know what the fukk they're talking about

I HATE USC and even I'm over here like :dwillhuh:

USC is THE job on the western half of the United States. The only coaches they can't poach are at the other super powers (Bama, OSU, ND). I still think they may fukk around and give Ed the job. If Ed don't get it then they may snag one of Stanford's coaches cause USC ain't ever going to the spread. That school will be pro-style forever.

What the fukk does that have to do with Sumlin, TEXAS A&M or the rest of the country. USC is in a shytty area of a pro sport town. nikkas better hope Oregon gives them that top spot back.

3. :russ: @ you thinking them football players (or most of those rich ass undergrads) is staying anywhere shytty. LA is a big ass place with housing outside of the hood. The beach ain't more than 20 minutes away and that's where they live.
