The irony is, I can never get an American on the phone. But when I cancelled my service today, I got put through to a broad from NY. Go figure.

Hold on..I'm getting a little confused..when you use your WIFI from your Cable company, are you using their data that you get monthly for your house or is the WIFI just unlimited for your wireless devices period? I never use that WIFI in my house because I'm not sure if that takes away from my home data and I don't want that to go over some limit or some shyt.

Pretty sure it uses the data from my house, but I'm rarely on my phone in the house. I will use it for wifi calling though because I stay on the 9th floor and my signal is like 1-2 bars from being full. Wifi calling is reallllly clear, too.

Smh I went back on my word and got T-Mobile on Monday.......internet slow as shyt and I can hardly get 4g....my speed on aio was faster even tho the shyt is throttled down

I decided to switch to Verizon in 2012 believing the hype that the reception would be THAT much better. Well it's not. Meanwhile my homegirl rockin the S3 on T-Mobile with excellent 4G coverage.

I'm thinking I might go back since my contract is up in January. Right now I pay $108 with Verizon for like 500 minutes, 5 friends and fam, and 2G data.

can't upgrade because my email address is either not there or validated

and the biggest problem is that this seems like a normal non fixable problem for the time being from looking at the multiple questionnaires on the tmobile help forum smh

Ok I will. I hate to bombard you with questions.. This is for anybody on a family plan.. Can the primary account holder look through your messages and see who you've called/texted? I live a wild life brehs.. I donn't even get paper bills.. can't have anybody looking through my stuff.
