You shouldn't be eating a whole lot of food and if you have a fiber on your plate with each meal, then it's an easy process. Plants and fruits are easily to be digested.
When you get into the man made sugar, flour, meat, those of the foods that stops you up. Those are the foods that takes the body time to break down if it ever does.
Plants and fruits, more so plants will have you popping after each meal.
