Post shows a myopic Understanding of how white supremacy works and operates. It is insidious in its nature. And makes you think that your failures are caused by you and you alone. When really it is all these other forces that you have no control over that are holding you back.
I agree with the sentiment of what you are writing. But I think it ignores what is actually occurring in the world. It’s almost like saying hey your leg is broken but if you believe you can run fast you can run fast. It doesn’t work like that

Are there tons of black people sitting around and expecting things to be given to them? Are black people telling each other to not attempt to make it in life because the world is racist? I didn’t realize that was happening. It isn’t.
Sometimes, we vent. And I say this as a black person who “made it.” We have to work twice as hard and be twice as good. I was raised in a stable financially secure environment. So it was going to be easier for me than for someone who had to get a job to help support the family, as opposed to going to college. You can not compare your life to everyone else’s. Everyone has a different set of circumstances. You are speaking like a white man who thinks their perspective and life applies to everyone else.
Nobody is telling black people to give up on life because of white supremacy. But notice white folks in coal country aren’t being bashed and told to stop blaming liberal policies, and get new skills. They aren’t being called lazy. They get empathy for being strung out on drugs because of hopelessness. We don’t.

I'm tired of hearing a lot of people on here complaining about white supremacy not allowing them to make money. White supremacy not allowing them to advance. It's bullshyt and it's embarrassing. If someone won't give you something then you take it. You go for it. You find out how to make your own way. One door closes another one opens.
I am a verified black man. My parents did not help me for shyt for me to achieve what I got now. I paid my own way and everything I have I worked and got on my own.
If your job isn't giving you what you want, give an ultimatum, if they're not rocking with it, quit. (that's what I did)
If no one is responding to your job search, move. (that's what I did, to a brand new area I've never lived where no friends or family are)
If you don't know something, learn that shyt, sell your ability to learn it on the job or fake it until you make it. (this I sure as hell did. I've been to plenty of interviews where I did not know shyt but I told them I'm more than willing and able to learn it and got back to them about the interview questions I didn't know)
A feeling of hopelessness and stagnation is what your enemy/opposition whoever that may be wants. If you throw up your hands and give up, you've lost.
Be brave. Quit your job. Get fired even. Step out of your comfort zone. Explore new options. And never, stop fighting.
though I agree with the sentiments and have been moderately successful myself, there are still some things that need to be understood about life
ALL of life is circumstantial. You can’t tell a paralyzed person to “just get up and run”. There are circumstances that you aren’t privy to, that wont allow him to do so.

but you are also missing things that have allowed you to get there. You mentioned your parents didn’t give you anything. And I don’t know what that means truly 
but some people born into this world have parents who die, who are on drugs, who abuse them during developmental years, and completely stifle them... it seems like your parents did a decent job, not everyone has parents that do a decent job.You may have hit the genetic lottery in regards to intelligence, or work ethic, attention, ambition, etc. not everyone is wired the same way
I bring these things up as mere advantages that you might have compared to the next man. Possibly things you’re aware of and some you may not be aware of, have molded you into a strong driven person. But not everyone has the same circumstances.
imagine you’re not as bright and your school district doesn’t care about the little black kid, and they label you special ed. And you never get the attention in school you need to achieve. Or you’re on an IEP because you have anger issues because your dad is in prison and mom is on drugs and you aren’t able to get therapy. Those things happen to black kids and it’s all circumstantial. In different cases, things could be different, but they aren’t, and it’s sad.
In relation to “white supremacy” holding people back, there are certain institutions and circumstances that may have influenced others more strongly than you. Again, I
any black man that has made it in America because I know how hard it is from subtle looks to blatant racism. But to compare everyone’s path isn’t fair.
