Mercedes repair is very expensive, and you're not really stunting on anyone with a 10 year old luxury car. 15k is just a little less than a brand new non-luxury car. Do you own your own home? 15k worth of debt for a depreciating asset isn't smart financially.

don't do it. get you a used honda or carolla or lexus IS series for under 10K and youll use it for a good 7 years before any major issues.....If you buy it with under 120000K on it.

Even then..just get a extended warranty. I got $100 deductible on all issues..roadside assistence..all that shyt.

5K honda is a steal but you get what you can afford if you have money saved up to blow on a car then it's on you. but as a buyer you have to think ahead.
