Too much comes with stepping out; babies, diseases, butt hurt side pieces etc. It would really depend on the nature of the circumstances.
I know a guy right now married, power couple and all that jazz in my DMs. I'm only 1 DM from blowing his spot. I'm not messy like that though. I just blocked him and kept it moving. There are videos of him and his wife on line and she will never call him her husband. She stays calling him her partner. Very loveless marriage. I don't wanna live like that just for the sake of being married.
And we all recognize there is a lot of deeper layers to this...

You sounding a little hypocritical. If not adhering to traditional gender roles from times past is your reasoning for men cheating on women then you should also defend the women who cheat on men for not following their traditional roles either.
There are obvious systemic reasons at why those roles have been muddied, which you seem to understand, but you only brought up up in response to women using your same logic to justify cheat on men.

If that “master key” can only open 5 outta 100 locks, can it be called a master key?

I watched this a couple weeks ago and he is not saying that if you're the breadwinner it gives you the greenlight to cheat. He did not once say Cheating was Okay.
He said men with resources and options explore them, so if you want a high value man with resources, options and lots of women chasing him he may very well exercise those options.
A lot of the women that call into his show want a man that makes at least six figures, and KS tells them they have a better chance staying with their husband then divorcing him and trying to find another six figure man that will marry them. And he says this because the women are older, already have children, and an older man can't provide them with things they haven't already experiences (vacations, purchasing a home together, etc).
He also says these women should try and work it out with their husband before leaving because the dating game is tough, and the grass may not be greener on the other side.
Honestly, after watching a good amount of his videos I don't think he's a bad guy. Do I agree with everything he says? No. But he's giving these women the harsh truth they don't wanna hear or accept, and yes there are exceptions but we are talking in generalities.
Now is he milking this for all he can because it's bringing him views, clicks, likes and overall more money? Yes, but most would.

A woman just has to exist. It's human nature to not respect things that come easy to people.
It's like comparing someone who came from a single parent household in a poor neighborhood, worked two jobs to put themself through law school and become a lawyer vs someone whose daddy owns the law firm, put them through school and gave them a job. Off rip you're going to respect the one who put in all the work. And those are few and far between
