If you’re unable to stay in a zone 4 or 5 heart rate zone for a while during ya workout in 2023. You need to reevaluate what you’re doing.

Its a shame and not an excuse
I just played PS5 for like 5 straight hours then took my skip rope for like 10 mins and then jumped on my indoor bike for 25 mins(including a 5 mins cooldown) with 12:25 in zone 4 (158-171 bpm)and 2 mins in zone 5(172+ BPM I reached 182 by end of my workout ) and that’s a quickie just to hit my 30 mins cuz normally i’ll be on the bike for 40-50 mins hitting these zones especially my zone 5 way longer(last time was 8)
Now ima shower and play some more
I easily could’ve substituted the bike for hiit exercises
nikkas need to cut the bullshyt
