Why are you presenting this as new news? This is known that they sent a team out to get their release, Xbox didn’t hence the delay.
I'm sure it's just a coendcidence that all the games named happen to be exclusive to PS at one point or still are, and at one point they all had plans on coming to Xbox, only to somehow end up on PS with an exclusivity window for at least a couple years before being able to release on Xbox.
It just so happens after Sony "sent help" the games became exclusive for X amount of time.
No type of deals though, it just so happened like that each time.
