First off, the African migrants tend to be refugees. Which is a whole other legal quandary, and its not even guaranteed.
Refugees are still documented, permitted, and protected classes of legal residents.

How are you bypassing legal residency? A spouse is considered an immediate relative which gives access to legal residency
DACA recipients are not citizens or on green card status. They're a step below that.

Human instinct will always surpass borders or man made rule of any kind.
If thou doth not like people who break the rules promptly return thine laptop, cell phone and wardrobe, salary, etc. Who is your master? For thou respects the white man's rules over basic principles.
