this is a bunch of horseshyt. theyre not even considering how so many mothers are victims of abandonment and abuse and etc. how are they going to deny a child full rights to citizenship and aid over a birth certificate not being signed by a parent who probably doesn't even want to have anything to do with the child? I'm sure this will not stand up in court. Smh
