You are sadly mistaken if you think that is the goal of this bill though.

The only people who are affected by this are women who fukked so many men they can't tell who the father is.

The state is not trying to foot the bill anymore for their careless mistakes, thus the extreme deterrent (birth certificate) to locate the father.

So in your opinion this is a better option -denying American born citizens- a birth certificate that is needed to function in America

If this were really about deterring the mothers why not provide the same penalties as non custodial parents

Such as revoking a driver's lic. Or professional lic or permits?

This targets black and brown people for sure.

But believe me the sole intent isn't to recoup 200 a month from pokie or ray ray.
To do that all they would have to do is change their rules for receiving aid. Very simple.

This is a method of them creating 2nd class American born citizens. 3/5 people if you will. Here but with no rights or privleges.

there needs to be serious deliberation and legislation on reforming child support. Of recent you have multiple states drawing up baseless proposals and no serious conversation. Let's be honest there needs to be accountability and fairness when it deals to child support. The value of the child being raised and financial responsibility for the custodial parent.
