I'm conflicted. I'm not new to exercise or anything but I love rap. I found myself surfing the net for classes (already showing my age by using this phrasing) and realized that I'm toeing the line of being a tae bo ho.

I might just do this on YouTube in case Nas decides to diss me one day.

If you’re interested in karate make sure it’s legit karate. An organization from Japan like JKA. Karate has a bad rap but legit karate is a beautiful and excellent martial art. Many of the best martial artists come from a karate background. BJJ is cool but shotokan karate stole my heart.
