Yeah, you can find neighbours with lot of black culture influence, some are good for tourism. Can't say by name, but if you travel to any of said cities, you can see them in tourism flyers or charts.

But Brazil theorically don't have neighbors separated by race... But of course for some "coincidence" them rich neighbours only have cacs
