very easy it's like using cash app.

I don't know why cash app ain't global like Wise and Revolut is but it's not.

You can send yourself money and pay rent with it. And if someone steals your card they only get what you have on the card nothing more. you can use it as a virtual card like apple pay. I don't know if they'll mail a card anywhere but it wouldn't make sense if they only sent it to your house considering it's travel card

The best app That I have seen for weather forcasts in other countries is weatherspark.

Outside of the western world the weather is not a part of newscasts in non farming regions. Obviously when boots on the ground the phone will tell you the weather but for trip planning weatherspark is better than most

Ok For the Sosua heads, Even if you're on tricking timing I wouldn't go to Sosua

But if you don't trust yourself to not swipe right on A.I. slop and get drugged in Colombia I guess Sosua will still work for some.

Credit card advice

First of all don't use credit in the states other than buying shyt online.

But if you're gonna use a card for travel The Chase Sapphire Preferred is best for most travelers and you should use credit as much as possible while traveling.

However The Robinhood Gold card ( for people using Robinhood is... Gold)

a 3X points for all kinds of spend and technically No annual fee but it does require a Robinhood gold account which coasts 60 bucks a year/

60 bucks beats 95 bucks a year for the average person who doesn't travel all that much. For guys who spend a lot of time in the air the Sapphire suite is still tops.

Dating Advice for anyplace other than Colombia If you use Tinder Gold It's ok to use dating apps but you must vet them. A good way to do this is once you match with someone do this no more than a month out but two weeks is fine. Do what you do here and get mad numbers because just like the states a really fine one might not actually date you. Take it to what's app and facetime her some short messages everyday before your trip. Chances are she'll fukk up and let a red flag slip or ask you for money. If she asks for a small gift from the states that's a yellow flag because It may not be available on Amazon or Temu. I forgot to add even if you never been there before Plan the date. I know it' can be overwhelming but google some decent restaurants that are nice but not too nice, bytches don't like to be heavily flexed on. Go to Airbnb experiences and book something.

Land buying advice from someone who did it.

Step 1 terrain

  • look for a lot that is not in the process of succession that has independent real estate registration. Many people negotiate percentages of a lot, without clear boundaries (proindiviso). That's a danger. Q. EJ seizes one of the partners, and they fall into his lot. The igac has a tool on the internet (geoportal) that shows you the registered boundaries, in case you have questions.
  • go through your municipality's planning and find out the regulations that cover your lot. How much can you occupy on the first floor, how much can you occupy in total, minimum lot area (many rural areas have a minimum lot, otherwise it is complicated or expensive to license). It is affected by forest areas, high-risk areas (flood, landslide, etc.), streams or bodies of water. That can make the terrain unviable. In rural areas it is normal that occupancy is not greater than 10% of the total lot. The height is also common to be no more than 2-3 stories.
  • Does it have a water point? If not, how much does it cost or suddenly there is no local aqueduct nearby. A point of water can be around 10 mm.
  • Light? It also has its cost, especially if it does not have a post on any of the boundaries. Calculate about 16mm or more for this item. Although today, having an isolated solar system is a viable option.
  • Zone inspection. Are there high impact uses like crap nearby? Avoid bad neighbors.
